WAREHOUSE, LOGISTICS & CALL CENTER EMPLOYEES ARE IN DEMAND

Take your place in the world of warehouse, logistics and call center operations. Our 40-hour program gives you 4 qualifications for your résumé. Experienced instructors will help you to learn the parts of warehouse management and the roles that you can take in an organization. Possible careers include: Shipping, Transportation Supply Chain, Warehouse & Distribution Center, Lift Trucks & Forklifts, Material Handling, Technology, Transportation Management, Customer Relationship Management, Billing & Yard Management, Distributed Inventory.

Schedule:

  • Week 1
    • Monday to Wednesday, 4:30 pm – 9:30 pm – OSHA-10 and National Safety Council
    • Saturday 8:00 am – 1:30 pm – Fork lift operation and certification
  • Week 2
    • Monday to Thursday, 4:30 pm – 9:30 pm – BobCat VersaHandler certification, Salesforce CRM, and Job Application Skills*
      *Participants must attend all scheduled days to receive certifications
