R.E.A.C.H.

ICTC and R.E.A.C.H. (Reaching Educational Achievements with Clinical Mental Health) have established a partnership for the 2024-25 school year to provide Professional Master's Level Counseling services for the students in our districts. ICTC will provide the opportunity for all students to have access to these free services.
